I’m Dana Smith — founder of LaserSmart, creator of the My Consultation method, and your soon-to-be favourite resource for all things lasers, devices, and patient conversions. For over 13 years, I’ve been training clinics worldwide in advanced treatments, consultation strategy, and how to build trust that turns into fully booked schedules. My journey started the day after I became a laser provider — I stepped straight into education and never looked back. Since then, I’ve worn nearly every hat in the industry: international educator, top-performing sales rep for Sciton, BTL, and Dermapen, private label skincare strategist, and clinic owner. In Arizona, I launched Laser Smart Skin & Body Institute and quickly built a thriving patient base with an almost unheard-of 100% conversion rate — a skill I’ve carried with me since my orthodontics days, where my nickname was “Hundo” for my ability to make every patient say yes.
